About Hayley Nicholls

Hayley Nicholls is a regional reporter, features writer and columnist, whilst also running a family business - and a family.

She loves to listen, explore the people and places that make up our community, and amplify human stories in a human way.

Born and raised in the bush capital, Hayley now lives over the border on semi-rural property with her husband, two young children and a motley crew of animals.

She enjoys being outside, ‘crafternoons’ with the kids and travelling. Causes close to her heart include homelessness, gender equality and animal welfare.
