And for those that want to step away from the rogan joshes and the butter chickens, there is great seafood from the southern region of Goa and an interesting and rewarding selection of Nepalese. Typical is leg of lamb – off the bone and melt in your mouth –marinated and cooked in a thick yoghurt based sauce. The wine well considered and covers most bases, and also features some notable Canberra drops.
